In the middle of the week, there is an even more refined atmosphere as sommelier Clara Grabe launches Wine Wednesdays, where she serves many exciting wines from Hillenberg’s cellar by the glass.
Since the beginning of 2018, Niklas Ekstedt is our new restaurateur at Hillenberg. During the year, the restaurant will be merged with Niklas’s wine café Tyge & Sessil on Brahegatan.
